Born in Malaysia, Diana moved to Australia at the age of 18, and was blown away by the fresh produce available. Quickly finding her feet in the kitchen, the self-taught chef won the ninth season of MasterChef Australia in 2017, and has gone on to make a name for herself as a menu designer, product creator, restaurateur and content creator.

Endlessly curious about the world around her, Diana has travelled extensively to work with brands across the globe. What she loves most about her partnerships is the opportunity to work with (and learn from) likeminded people, and to share her passion for beautifully considered Baba-Nyonya-inspired food.

With her thoughtful approach to menu design and engaging personality, Diana has become highly sought after as an event collaborator – working with clients including the Australian Ballet, OzHarvest, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Australian Embassy, Deloitte, the High Commission in Kuala Lumpur and many more.

Already, Diana has applied her talents to the world of product design – teaming up with Golden Wok to create a range of readyto-eat dumplings and Asian appetisers, which are available in major supermarket chains Woolworths and Coles.
